I’ve been a long time lurker on these forums and other PE forums.
I’ve done PE off and on for probably 4 years or so. I have gone many months at a time without any PE whatsoever, but I plan on being more consistent until I get to my goals, which is why I am also starting this thread.
I have gained quite a bit in length and a little bit of girth with stretching and jelqing. I started doing Ulis more recently and have had good luck with them as far as girth goes.
Here is my current routine:
1st Day: 10 minute warmup with hot wash cloth, three 5 minute pumping sessions with bathmate, Two light 5 minute jelqing sessions after first and second set. Short jelqing session at end with a few stretches, then 10 minute warm-down with wash cloth.
2nd Day: 10 minute warmup with hot wash cloth, Orange Bends (3 sets of every direction at base, mid and upper shaft) and 4 sets of Ulis with some jelqing after the Ulis to get new blood in, 10 minute warm down with wash cloth.
I try to take every 4th day off, so I will go: Day 1 routine, Day 2 routine, Day 1 routine, Day 2 routine, Day off. I also do piss pulls, well, when I piss.

Multivitamin
Arginine
Pycogenol
If anyone has any criticism on the routine let me know, I am pretty happy with it so far, I will take some measurements in probably another week to see how it has been going for me, then I will try to update every month or so.
