Ddogusterion's Routine
#1 - Warm up 5 mins using rice sock or conventional 100W bulb with reflector.
#2 - Hang 3 sets of 20 minutes with 10 minutes off in between sets— use the light bulb heater continuously while hanging. If I have more time I will do up to 5 sets, but most days 3 only.
#3 - Apply post workout heat 5 for mins using lamp as above.
In addition, I do clamped bends for girth. I do two sets of 10 minutes each with 5 off in between - I do these during the day on breaks from work to reduce PE session time at home.
