Dirty Beast's Routine

1) Microwave rice sock for 1-2 minutes

2) Heat dick with rice sock for 5 minutes

3) Manual stretches

-(2x) Upward stretch (20 seconds each)

-(2x) Downward stretch (20 seconds each)

-(2x) Right downward stretch (20 seconds each)

-(2x) Left downward stretch (20 seconds each)
