Dongalong's Routine
Fast warm up: 10 mins rice bag warm up
or Slow warm up: 30min Far infra red heating in extender
Every other day: 15-20 miuntes dry Power jelquing, 5 seconds per stroke at 50-80% erect.
Manual stretching: up, down, left, right and straight out, around all held for 3 minutes with FIR constant heating.
Extender wearing: 3 hours at medium tension constantly heated with FIR
Erect kegels and edging: 10-30 minutes
