Donjuan's progress report

So I have just started PE and am only a week in but I have to say even in that short time I can already feel a difference. The beginning for me is actually months ago but it wasn’t with the help of a forum and it also was a case of throwing money at a problem. Safe to say I am not going with exercises from that website anymore because I now know that it was too much from the get go. I have learned about how much of an influence the resting period is, and that it’s really where growth happens from Thunders. As such I have set up my routine on the Newbie routine. This is what I have done the past week:

2 days on / 1 day off

Warm up with washcloth for 5 -6 min

Stretching for 5 min
- 1 min down
- 1 min up
- 30 sec left side
-30 sec right side
(Repeat)
1 min rotor

10 min (approximately) but always 200 3 sec overhand jelqs

5-6 min warm down
-While doing 50 3 sec kegels

I have also been using an app called Stamena to strengthen my kegels at least 2 times a day.
Finally I haven’t masturbated except once the the whole week and when I did it was on an off day. On the off day before I masturbated I edged for about 30 min but never let myself go past the PONR.

I haven’t measured, and don’t plan to until I’m done with the first month, but I can already feel a change happening. I feel much fuller, or I guess thicker, than usual and even my flaccid length looks a little bit plumper and longer. I could really tell when I masturbated that I have made progress. I think part of that is psychological because of not getting to full erection but once in the week. Although the flaccid changes are really what sets it for me and I know in time those changes are going to grow.

This week I plan on starting some supplements into the routine. I will be taking between 500mg and 1000mg of L-Arginine and 1000mg of L-Creatine. To be honest the Creatine is to help with my weight loss routine of running and yoga but the Arginine is strictly for PE. I heard that it increases blood flow to the genitals and, as I’ve read here, more blood flow = faster recovery which = faster growth. So I’m interested to see if I can readily tell the difference from last week by taking these supplements.

I’m excited, but taking it slow, about growing in size and I can tell the journey is long but well worth the time and commitment.
