Woke up about 3 am .
Read buulet’s thread and about the uli stretch .
Thought I’d give them a try .
We did about 60 P-P-Jelqs .
Then did as instructed .
With a plump on , we did a jelq and 5 squeezes , 20 times .
Then 100 rotary stretches before sleeping again .
He had a wet snotty head !! LOL !!
He didn’t wake me , but I forced the issue and got him wood .
We exchanged about 50 P-P-J’s , and 20 more with 5 squeezes each .
Along with 10 - Overhand Squeeze - Pull - Bends .
He was soft enough for 10 Glans Pull - Fulcrum Stretches .
Ending with 60 Rotary Stretches .
10 - Inner Penis Pulls .
8 - Static Stretches - 30 sec . each .
After waking I grabbed a handful of “Peck” and friends .
Stretched and pulled him , this might be another exercise for length .
Gets the inner penis and supporting structures involved .
After re-reading the instructions , I’m doing the squeezes wrong .
I’ve been squeezing his upper everything after doing the jelq .
Should be squeezing more of the base to pump more blood into the glans .
Ah , R + D !
Sitting here with his weighted DTR on .
I like being focused on my pecker .
My whole body is energized because of it .
Supposed to do the routine , am . and pm .
I just love squeezing and pulling on him ! Ruufff !

Last 20 - with 5 - 5 sec . squeezes .
Found that my regular Underhand routine was just like the Uli squeezes .
I can jelq then kegal , and do an Underhand 5 sec . base squeeze , 5 times each .
I make sure I get my fingers around both CC’s .
When I squeeze him , you can see through the skin on his head .
Very translucent layer .
He gets a great glans swell each time .
Guess this is just a redoing and addition to my regular routine !
It’ll fit in just fine .
“Peck” likes it too !
He just let me know that he’s measuring 7.75 ” SFL again !
Hmm , maybe the new Uli Stretches are helping him already .
I’m giving him more squeezes and jelqs .

Pec Deck - 50 lbs . - 40 - 32 reps .
These exercises are range of motion , cause I’m weak as hell in them !
Incline Bar Chest Press - 32 lbs . - 60 - 66 reps .
Curling Bar - 30 lbs . - 30 - 40 reps .
Flat Bench D Bell - 10 lbs . - 50 - 45 reps .
Freemotion Chest Press - 35 lbs . - 30 - 35 reps .
BiChest Press - 62.5 lbs . - 40 - 22 reps .
BiIncline Press - 62.5 lbs . - 13 - 18 reps .
Chest Press - 75 lbs . - 25 - 13 reps .
Incline Press - 20 lbs . - 17 - 13 reps .
Arm Curl - 50 lbs . - 45 reps .
I know these overlap , but they get different weak spots .
Need to focus on chest .
