DozeKnow's Routine
I start of every morning by waking up.
Work.
15 minutes of sun exposure for the Hormone D.
Workout. After my session I use coconut oil and jelq for 2-10 minutes, or not at all, based on feel.
At home I eat dinner, do yoga and then have a shower. I warm up my member. Then I do 8-30 minutes of jelquing, based on feel.
All autoregulated. Max three sessions a day.
