Hi Thunder Bros,

So I’ve I’m just a few days from my 1 month anniversary of PE. I’ve decided to measure conservatively (A watched pot never boils eh boys?) I’ve sectioned off the important information and prioritized it, and did the background (I.E. why I’ve chosen to do PE) below.

Exercise: 
Started with the Newbie Routine (5 minute warm up, 5 min 4 directional stretch, 10 min Jelq, 5 minute rice sock, 50 kegels.)

Materials: 
Rice Sock and Water Based Lube from the local A&E

Starting Stats:
Flaccid length - 10.16 cm (4”)

Flaccid Girth - 11.5 cm (4.5”)

BPEL - 16.75cm (6.6”)

MSEG - 13.33cm (5.25”)

I hadn’t considered stretched length or base girth either. I’ll have to start doing those going forward. 

Background: Realistically, I’m well into average or above average depending on the study you read. So why do PE? Well my partner has something called “Vaginismus.” Meaning that despite my relatively modest size, it’s been a struggle to have intercourse at all. She started a special physical therapy that’s been helping with that, and that got me inspired. So I figured it was time for me to get my sexual health in order.

I’ve dabbled a bit in PE after a poor experience with an ex who was a bit abusive, and liked to demean me at any sign of self-confidence or self-assurance. Penis jokes were a specialty of hers… it took me a while to realize that those were just signs of her being a bit abusive and controlling. 

Historically, and since then, I’ve never had a complaint, and occasionally I’ve received some flattering compliments. So I’ve got my head straight finally, and I’ve decided I’m going to have a penis I can enjoy.

Stats:
Flaccid Length - 4.375”/11.11cm
Flaccid Girth - 4.56”/11.58cm
BPEL - 6.56”/16.67cm
MSEG - 5.375”/13.65cm
BSEG - 5.375”/13.65cm
FPSL - 6.625”/16.82cm

So… I lost length. .04” really, but it’s mildly concerning. Especially since my EQ is overall better. Girth has increased mildly in both flaccid and erect states. And flaccid hang is a bit better. But flaccid has never been a concern of mine. I wonder if I’m over working my penis? Maybe i pull back to 8 mins stretching and stick with 18 mins of jelq for another week and remeasure? Happy to take any thoughts..

What device are you using to measure with that is so accurate it can detect .04” change? Thats 1mm, and 1mm is about the width of a pencil lead. Over the course of the day your dick naturally changes size more than that.

I personally dont really recognize anything less than 1/8” due to the multiple errors which can influence measuring. Dry eyes. Move your hips just a little. Bend your head differently. Hold the ruler slightly different. Parallax errors. Didnt shave pubes. Bone pressed pressure. And more.

I think you need to be a little more realistic about measuring and what constitutes real change.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I usually measure in Centimeters then convert it to inches, so that’s probably most of it. Oh well, we’ll see how next month goes. Barring any negative PI, I’m committed to at least 6 months. Half an inch really would mean the world to me.

Flaccid Length - 5”
Flaccid Girth - 5”
BPEL - 6.625”
MSEG - 5.5”
BSEG - 5.5”
FPSL - 6.875”

I’ve stopped measuring in cm and doing the back and forth. The computer converts it all anyway.
My routine is as follows:
5 - 10 minute warm up with rice sock or hot shower
10 minute stretch (S, N, W, E, 30 seconds a piece)
20 Minutes of Jelqs (400 Jelqs)
5 mins of Rice Sock Heat
50 Kegels
20 Mins with C-Ring to maintain the pump

Flaccid hang is more consistently 5” so that’s nice. Girth is constantly increasing, so that’s pretty good too. I’m well on my way to rivaling a Pepsi can it seems. Length is middling at best and inconsistent at worse. It just seems to depend on if I’m having a “Good day” or “Bad day.” EQ has gotten back to how it was in college. Even post ejaculation, I can still hold an erection with no stimulation for another 10 minutes. Longer if I’m still being stimulated, so that’s been interesting.

Any suggestions for length are welcome, otherwise I will stay the course.

Also, any tips for taking pictures? I’ve been struggling with documenting pictures, especially when I’m going for FBPSL. I have the phone on a tripod with a timer, but my erection is a bit camera shy. TIA and cheers gents.
