Drilla9's Routine
Warm up with a few stretches in the shower to gain a semi, then Power-Jelq 200-300 times, resting every 50-100, 3-4 second strokes, till cock is fatigued. Warm down manually and that’s pretty much it. I’m a big believer that small but consistent exercise will produce better results than hammering away short term..
Discovered clamping!:) 4-5 x 15 minute clamping sessions per day, it’s addictive!
