Hi all! Starting this so I can keep a log on my progress and routine for reference for myself, others and of course, to get help and suggestions if need be.

I’ve always been self conscious about my size. I think I’m about average, right around 5.5 inches NBPEL and 4-4.5 EG (break day is tomorrow so I will get official measurements then). My wife says she is pleased with my penis and that its “perfect”, but I feel like theres plenty of room for improvement. I would very much like to get over 6” NBPEL and over 5” in EG. I think long term goal would be 7” NBPEL and 5-5.25” EG but I wanna stay modest just starting out.

I found this site about a week and a half into the start of my PE journey so I was doing jps 90 day beginner routine followed by a 15 minute bathmate pumping session.

But starting on 7/23/2018 I started the beginner routine on this site. The only thing I did different was after warmup and stretches I pumped with the bathmate for 7 minutes and after jelquing I pumped another 7 minutes.

Anyways thats about it! Any advice or even criticism is welcome as I am a newbie! Thanks to The moderators and this site for having a place like this it has already been beyond helpful. I’m hoping I can make these gains! Cheers!

First week in the books. Official workout is 5 minutes in the bathmate, followed by 30 second stretches in all directions, then 200 jelqs and then another 5 minutes in the bathmate.

Started out with 7 and 7 in the bathmate but I’m short on time as is in the mornings and knowing the workouts are going to get progressively longer I need the extra minutes. Probably going to order some kind of Warmer I can wear in place of the bathmate for warmup/down and then pump after work while I shower.

Progress from the first week is encouraging. I don’t know if what I’m feeling is results or just some temporary gain but it definitely feels a bit thicker. The wife also said she feels more full when we have sex. I don’t know if this is placebo effect or what cause she does know I am doing PE, and I myself want it desperately to work. Trying not to get too excited until it shows on the ruler.

I feel like it is a pretty intense routine for a very beginner.

Sometimes less is more, especially at the beginning.

How so? I’m doing the beginner routine besides the pumping.

I don’t think you need to use the bathmate now.

There is a reason if you don’t find an exercise like that into the newbie routine.

I think too that you don’t need bathmate at the moment.
I think you could start with the classi newbie routine.
Something like:
Warming
10/20 min of streches. Personally I do 1 min per direction and I repeat 4 times.
10 mins of oiled jelqs that are 100 jelqs.
I do some kegels during the day but you can do it after your PE training.
I think that patience and constancy are the best thing that you have to find at the start.

My dick feels and looks bigger but doesn’t translate to the ruler obviously. I know its a long process though so trying to stay optimistic. I can’t really see a difference in NBEL so I’m just gonna stick with BPEL measurements from here on out.

My workout in week 5 is warmup in the bathmate at low pressure (just enough to seal it up) followed by 50 second stretches in all directions. Then 500 jelqs followed by 5 minute warmdown in bathmate at low pressure again.

One other thing I think I should bring up, my size will go up and down while jeqing. I have to work myself up a little bit to get a 50-75% ercetion and then jelq from there. I can usually keep it throughout the workout but sometimes I will lose a little. I’m wondering if that is hindering my gains. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!

Like the others said put the Bathmate away for 4-6 months.

Use constant heat and go slow.
