Easy Does It
Currently I am really trying to focus on not doing too much too fast. Itβs too easy to get in the mindset that maybe an extra 30-50 jelqs might speed up progress or an extra minute stretching too.
Iβve been weightlifting for years and in my beginning years I spent countless dollars on products to get fast results. It might have worked, but over those years, my situation changed a lot. So my gains would come and go often and all that money I spent would be lost. Now I do a consistent routine and not aim for fast results. I try to enjoy my workouts and stay safe and uninjured.
I am trying to employ the same thought process to this PE journey. I am also trying to reach out and post more on here so I can get the support of the group to motivate me to keep going. Iβve been on the newbie routine for almost two weeks, but I measured only a week ago. So I will measure again in about 3 weeks and keep you all updated.
