Currently I am really trying to focus on not doing too much too fast. It’s too easy to get in the mindset that maybe an extra 30-50 jelqs might speed up progress or an extra minute stretching too.

I’ve been weightlifting for years and in my beginning years I spent countless dollars on products to get fast results. It might have worked, but over those years, my situation changed a lot. So my gains would come and go often and all that money I spent would be lost. Now I do a consistent routine and not aim for fast results. I try to enjoy my workouts and stay safe and uninjured.

I am trying to employ the same thought process to this PE journey. I am also trying to reach out and post more on here so I can get the support of the group to motivate me to keep going. I’ve been on the newbie routine for almost two weeks, but I measured only a week ago. So I will measure again in about 3 weeks and keep you all updated.

Thanks! Looks like you are currently at my current goal. I want to be 7.5” BPEL and 5” MSEG for my short term goal.

Currently at 6.75” BPEL and 4.6” MSEG.

It’s weird though thinking I’m almost 7” because the fat pad sure does hide a lot. Looks more like 6”

Fat pad isn’t nice to our not pressed length measurements. Good news is that fat pad can be controlled over time.
