Ehlolol's Routine

JP 90 in shower:
- 10 minutes warming up via glass of hot water
- 4 min JAI stretches (4 sets of 15 JAI stretches) + 1 min reheating for ->
- 5 min normal JP stretches: left, right, out, up
whereas 1 stretch takes exactly 1 minute and is: stretch and 25 quick kegels, circle stretch to the left 10x, circle stretch to the right 10x, shake
- (50 wet jelqs + 30 v jelqs) * 3 sets - NO COUNTING but rather timing:
1 jelq = 2 strokes each 3 seconds, so 1 jelq = 6 seconds ->
50 wet jelqs = 50 * 6 = 300 seconds = 5 minutes
30 v jelqs = 30 * 6 = 180 seconds = 3 minutes —>
(5+3 min) * 3
- warm down / finish up washing in shower
This all in all takes me 10 (warmup) + 10 (stretching) + 24 (jelqing) = 44 minutes.

I then proceed to edge for at least 30 minutes, but usually 60 minutes.
Randomly amidst edging, I might squeeze or just press down fat pad and kegel hard giving maximum expansion.
I usually do these for 10 times in a set, depending on how I feel i do these sets twice or three times.

Then I wrap bandage on it in elongated state and keep it at that for a minimum of 4 hours and take it off later.

I do a 2on1off cycle and a 3on1off (weekly - last week of each month is a baby-decon break).
