Whats going on gainers!
I’ve been doing PE on and off for the past year (mostly off). Starting in February I started getting more serious about PE. I want to start this initial post with what I will consider my starting measurements so that I can track my progress and show all of you what is possible.
My measurements as of today are as follows:
BPEL: 6 1/8”
Erect Girth: 4”
BPFSL: 6 78”
I don’t think my girth has improved too much over the years but I believe my length was around 5.5” when I got started. For the sake of tracking these measurements will serve as my starting measurements.
My current routine is as follows:
- 3 sets 3 second manual stretches (all directions) - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- 300 Jelqs - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- 5 minute bathmate every - daily
- 100 kegels - daily
I will be updating this thread on a monthly basis tracking my progress. This will include updated routines and measurements.
