5 Minutes kegel excercises

I pull the hardest I can on stretches and squeeze as hard as I can while jelqing. I do kegels when I piss a lot.

4 days-5 days on/off

So far I haven’t even tried to overwork and its been working great. Just doing some light work and my penis is slowly getting big, it seems like everyday.
