Apparently it won’t let me enter anything higher than 10.0 for erect length. For now, I’ll be updating my erect length progress here.<br><br>

September 17, 2005: Erect Length: 10.200”<br>
December 20, 2005: Erect Length: 10.400”<br>
May 27, 2006: Erect Length: 10.500”<br>
August 20, 2006: Erect Length: 10.750”<br>

HOT WRAP:<br>
- 4 water-soaked baby socks; microwaved until warm; then apply to the penis for about 20 minutes.<br>

ROUTINE:<br>
1. Dry Jelq: 40 minutes<br>
2. Pump: Moderate-Suction (don’t know the Hg—doesn’t have a gauge); 45 minutes<br>
3. Manual Stretches: 25 minutes<br>
Overall: 2 HOUR 10 MINUTES, 5 days a week.<br>

I always find opportunities to enlarge my penis in my usual day-to-day activities. These happen intermittently sometimes.<br>
* After urination, I would squeeze the base of my penis for about a minute or so; forcing the blood up to my glands. <br>
* I would do the same procedure above, when I am going to bed or waking up.<br>
* Hot wrap in the shower for about 5 minutes with a rag; then I will jelq in the shower anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes.<br>
* I do kegles quite often, especially when working out or when I’m on the computer.<br>
* Pump: moderate suction when I’m at the desk doing homework or am on the computer.<br><br>
I suppose one could say I touch myself too much… but hey it works!
