EvolvingFlesh's Routine
For first month, I performed jelq and manual stretches for about two hours, five days a week and I gained a half inch in length. The next month, my routine slackened which lead me to “get serious” and invest in an unnamed stretcher. My thinking was that I needed a passive though effective way of doing PE given inevitable priority conflicts on any given day. For about six months after receiving the device, I wore it just about every day for at least six hours, and I consistently increased traction as much as I could stand. As of middle of March 2004, I started up jelqing/pumping again, and I noticed another half inch gain in length. Then, my entire routine collapsed as of June 2004, and I didn’t start doing PE again until September 2004, and from September to early December 2004, with about two weeks off somewhere during that period, I was doing a pump/hang/jelq routine five days a week and no stretching, starting at 8.25 lbs. and involving involved three sets of twenty minutes each with a half hour of jelq afterward. I believe I gained another quarter inch from this routine. As of February 2005, I had slackened by pump/hang time to three sets of fifteen minutes with ten minutes of jelqing in between each set and afterward with my weight usage steadily increasing to 11.25. I had been using a traction device as often as possible and on average about four hours a day, on and off. My entire routine then collapsed entirely (again) as of September 2005, and I picked up a routine as late as early February 2006. Currently I am doing:
ROUTINE in morning or late afternoon:
15 min Pump/Hang (at 11.25 lbs.) w/ PC Clamps (300, begin w/ long 10-sec hold and at end w/ long 20-sec hold)
7 min Jelq
PC Clamps as much as possible with count of four when squeezing
Traction (2 hrs. per day usually only after my pump/hang/jelq rountine)
I am also recognizing that doing dry jelqs whenever possible could be very effective.
