Extenders

Guys, how much time do you think that it will take me to get considerable results using the extender 8/10 hours per day? If anyone had some good or bad experience with them , please talk about the experience also! Wish you all the best!

This is a very rough rate but I seemed to gain about 0.1 inches for every 100 hours in the extender when being used properly. 8-10 hours is extremely hard to but if you can do it then you’ll definitely see results

Thanks man! Did you see the results in your non bone press erect length? Or only in the bone press?

I have gained .5 inches in 377.5 hours well the half inch was noted at 353.5 hours. I wear a noose style extender for 7.5 hours a day.

Everyone’s different man, I gained 0.15 inches for 222 hours of wear. I wear it 6-14 hrs per day.
Longer on days where I can work from home to compensate for days where I can’t work from home.

But you know it’s difficult to say how much gain comes from extender. Myself, and I’m sure other respondents too, also jelq. Jelqing is very important and for those 222 hrs of extender wear I have also roughly 2 months worth of 20-30 mins jelq per night.

Overall I would say that you should enjoy the process and not look at it from a POV of how quick can you get gains. Gains need to be primarily safe and injury free. Gains will come but when you make PE a life style is when you will see real gains. That’s because I’ve read that gains are not necessarily steady at all. I’ve heard people gaining nothing for the first 6 months and then in month 7 and 8 huge gains.

1- mi pene mide más o igual que estirado pero nunca menos , que significa ? Tiene alguna repercusión en el Faloculturismo? De ser así , cual?
2- por cada cm ganado en estirado ganan en ereccion ,por ej ; juan gana 1 cm erecto cada 2 flácido estirado
Manuel gana 2 erecto cada 2 estirado
Elias gana 0.5 cada 1 cm estirado
