Fast ejaculation and edema after pumping

Fast ejaculation and edema after pumping

Hi guys,

After pumping, lets say for 20 to 30 minutes the unit gets a good expansion,
But what I’m struggling with is after the session I want to edge, but I come too fast to the ponr.
Plus I have some edema (donut effect).

Do you have any tips/advice on these 2 problems?

Edema is probably do to pumping to hard or long try a little less pressure/time. As far as the other issue maybe you should either wait a while to do it or ejaculate a while before pumping.

I know I had the edema issue with my Bathmate and finally gave it up, I was told here to get a unit that allows you to read the pressure so you don’t go past the point of edema. Good luck on your journey.

What vacuum level are you pumping to for the 20-30 min sessions?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Thank you Rob.

I pump at 5 hg for 5 minutes, around 6-7 for another 10 minutes, 15 minutes at 10 hg

Stay away from anything over 5hg.

That’s your problem. Pumping for too long at too high pressure. Go no higher than 5hg and stop after 15 minutes to check for bloating. Take your time getting to longer set times.

As far as edging goes, you just have to take hands off before point of no return. It’s not easy, but that’s what you have to do.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Thanks guys!

Titleist, is it my (cheap) pump or is 5hg very low? I can’t even get to 80% erection with that pressure.
I think my pump is the problem then.. I’m saying this because I only pump 2x a week. Sometimes the pressure indicator shoots to 15hg, I get very good expansion but it isn’t realistic.
When I pump without sleeve 5 hg is feeling like it’s 15 hg with sleeve. Is the sleeve suppressing the pressure? It’s a sleeve i bought from Thickwall..

Why is Edema even a problem? Is it just that it feels/looks bad? Or is it something that can become problematic if you start getting it all the time?

For one thing, it hampers further efforts at PE. I have found that when I have a lot of edema, I have to wait a while before I get back to manual stretching. There might be other negatives, but that’s one that I know of.

I disagree. Staying under 5inhg isn’t for everybody. My dick laughs at 5hg.

And as far as edema goes; isn’t that our goal? To pack the tube? We’re looking for expansion, and expansion=edema. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Love thy neighbor.

Pumping pulls blood into the cc/cs through the pressure differential of external vacuum being less than internal penis pressure. The pressure on the cc/cs slowly stretches over time, resulting in penile enlargement.

Edema is interstitial tissue fluid in the skin and areas external of the cc/cs. This buildup does not lead to penile enlargement.

Ideally one maximizes time under pressure for the cc/cs and minimizes edema.

Some edema is helpful in after pump sex, too much gives a soggy, soft dick.

Well explained. However, is there any proof that “this buildup does not lead to penile enlargement?”

If you go to the Library of Congress and search the very large section pertaining to penis enlargement you’ll find it on shelf number……

In other words, no.

Interesting, thanks. I’ve seen firegoat say that if you start getting edema a few times, it can come back more easily. In this sense, if we’re going for the before sex ‘after pump’ perhaps it’s useful for us to seek out moderate edema in our pumping sessions?
