Morning PE…
1.) shower - stretch
2.) lotion, heat up pump - pump 10mins, jelq/stretch
3.) pump 10 mins, jelq/stretch
4.) clamp 10 mins, jelq/stretch
5.) if I have time, pump again 10 mins.
6.) apply Vitamin E to shaft
