Flaccid Erect EQ Gains
I recently started doing PE in March. I did my homework, researched as much as possible and started my PE routine.
At the beginning of March I started to change my diet. I started targeting all the super foods that are extremely rich in nutrients, drinking lots of water and cutting out all junk food and sugary drinks. I also started exercising every day to increase proper blood circulation.
PE: I started slow to get used to jelqing/stretching only doing 50 fast jelqs per day for the 1st week. The 2nd week I increased to 100 jelqs slowing my reps to 3 seconds per jelq. The 3rd week I increased to 150 jelqs slowing my reps to 5 seconds per jelq. The 4th week I dropped my jelqs back down to 50 jelqs but now taking as long as possible doing each jelq and also doing a kegel before grasping. Now into my 5th and 6th week I’m switching up between my original jelqs and my new jelqs. My weekly routine is 3 days on 2 days off and each jelq is an actual count of 2 ex. 50=100.

May 13th: 6 NBPFL/ 4.75 FG/ 7 3/8 BPEL/ 5 3/8 EG
My EQ is as hard as a rock and my ejaculation is powerful and plentyful. My goal is 8 BPEL 6 EG.
