I have been doing PE for 2 months now, so I feel my dick is conditioned enough for some harder workouts, so I will be cutting down my jelqs from 60 to 40, but increasing the intensity from 1.5 - 2 sec to 3 sec per jelq, and incorporating more stretches. Also I ordered a pump from Aliexpress, so next month I’ll start pumping.

The vitamin tube is 16.6 cm long - exactly as long as my current BPEL, and just slightly longer than my NBP

The Old Spice is 17.8 cm long and 14.3 cm around - almost identical to my first goal.

I imagine my final goal of 20(NBP ~ 19) X 14.5 will look similar to the Old Spice, which imo looks pretty huge in comparison to my body (172 cm, 60 kg), what do you guys think?

Ok, guys, I forgot to tell you guys about my pump, which arrived on 17.05 . It’s a complete copy of Bathmate Hydromax X30, including the labels saying “Bathmate” and “Hydromax”. It could very well be made in the same factory as the original. The biggest difference is the price (25$). It came with two spare nozzles and a strap for hands-free use.
The first few days of use I was still getting the hang of it (using it in the shower) and getting used to varying amounts of pressure. Then I had to take a break for personal reasons, but then I came back to it on 28.05 and used it every day for 5 days straight, sometimes twice a day, getting some good pumps. I have to say I am very pleased with it as it gives you an immediate sense of results. I see a lot of people are gaining good with the pump alone, but I won’t be dropping my jelq routine. Instead, I am sticking with 40-60 intense jelqs (~3 seconds) every other day, and pumping 5-6 days a week, twice a day if I have the time and haven’t overtrained. I will synchronise my pumping rest day(s) with jelq rest days, so I will have at least one total rest day a week (might even sync it with gym rest days).

What do you guys think ?

I recently got my first significant gains 0.5 cm length and 0.4 cm girth (16.8 BPEL 13.8 MSEG) measured before pumping. Then I measured after pumping as it looked huge and the results are : 17 BPEL 14.5 MSEG . This led me to believe I should focus on length in order to get to my length goal without denying myself the pleasure of blowjobs (MSEG >6).

What do you think?

Well a bit more than one year has passed since I took up PE seriously. And a lot of things have happened since.

I am 2nd year in uni, studying software engineering and it’s not easy so I don’t do PE as often as I’d like to, and I don’t pump nearly as often as I’d like to (because I have a roommate and I’d like to keep PE to myself)

Yet I’ve seen some good gains and continue to do so and I’ve grown 1cm in length which is quite a lot for me. If I grow 1-2 more I will be content, even happy with my size.

I recently reached over 18 cm in the pump, but I haven’t managed to repeat that for three weeks now, reaching around 17.6 - 17.8 in the pump, any advice on that ?

I am going to keep up PE, and I hope I will eventually be able to reach my long term goal as I am still young and believe I have good potential to grow.
