Routine

I have done almost everything PE
Weights, up to 30-35 lbs
Jelqing started in 1998
Pumping
Manual stretching
ADS 4-10 hrs daily

Sometimes no PE for months or years
Other times 1 to 8 hours of PE daily, for years on.

Since 2007, until 2023. 15years.
Only grew 1.5 cm. With most of PE done during this time, with gaps.
Probably due to vegetarian diet, low thyroid, etc

I just want to reach 25cm FSL
As of July 2023, it’s at 19cm. 20cm if stretched all out.

Presently been doing PE for 2-8 hours, for past 3 years, almost daily. And still none to 0.5cm gain in length. I wonder if this is the end the growth. But will keep doing PE (jelqs, stretch), see if it grows.

Started pumping a month ago.

Currently using 2" tube, 30min x2/day, plus jelqing.

I will stick to this routine for a while and see how things go.

So far no gains.

Stuck at 19cm BFL. EL 18cm, MG 13cm

17cm length @5Hg. 14-15cm MG

I won’t deny that I find it surprising that after this time and the exercises you haven’t been able to grow a little more.

However, when reading your post I notice you are excited. For that reason alone, it’s worth keeping trying.

In any case, I think you have built a penis of very good dimensions, I congratulate you.

But, from my view, for 25+ yrs journey, hours of PE, 2 inch length is no big deal. For a vegetarian, may be it is. PE requires proteins. More proteins, faster growth, is what I understood so far.

I don’t feel confident with a 7x5" P. I have weak PC, short erections, maybe ED. So, It should be minimum 8" long, lol. After that it’s girth times rest of life, and to cement the gains. My goal is at least 1" in both length and girth, 8x6.

I use normal electric heat-pad. Will have to look into those.

Lately, nothing seemed to work for me. No sign of cellular growth. For that reason, I stopped wasting hours in PE. Just doing jelq for 30-40 mins, 1 or 2 sessions a day. There’s been some girth gain, maybe temporary. I think I will keep going this way, let’s see if it grows over the years. :)

2024: BPEL: 7.50" x MSEG: 5.30"/19.0cm x 13.5cm.

Extender: 1.3k hours (13/10/2024). Goal: 3k hours.
