From not satisfying to Ideal

Here am I. I havent done any PE from a long time and I have gain about 30 pounds. I have Just returned to the gym in order to lose weight.

I did a PMMA procedure and havent got any bad reactions since the. It was in the begning of 2019.

My EQ is terrible, I Felt to 5.5 BPEL, but o still got a decent girth 5.1 midshaft. I intend to return to PE exercises, lose 20 to 30 pounds and add more 20ml of pmma to achieve 6.0 to 6.25 midshaft.

I am thinking about return to the newbie routine. Any advices?

After a long break from PE the newbie routine is a great way to go.

I have done 2 days of hot shower and 150 Strokes of jelq. No stretching though. I have noticed a improvement in my EQ. No measurement yet. I Will add 5 to 10 minutes in the bathmate with hot water.

I am going to the gym everyday also.

To register my thought process here as I already have done. When I get more PMMA injections, like just more 18 to 20 ml, I think I Will be able to satisfy most women. The doctor that I made 10 ml injection have already done It in more than 3 thousand patients, with less than 1% of them needing cyrurgical removal of pmma. If that IS the risk, I AM willing to take.

I have more than 6 years with 10 ml of PMMA in my unit with NO sidefects. I am pretty happy with what I got, but I think it would be awesome to satisfy most women with more girth through PMMA.

I am going to the gym daily and I have reach 219 lbs. I was 237 lbs. It IS a big difference. My unit seems larger. That IS a great effect. I Will manage to go till close to 175 lbs. What is my height? 5’10.

I am still obese, but I am losing weight.

Still haven’t added bathmate, but I Will. Still doing 150 jelqs and 50 Kegels.
