Frozens Progress
So I have been at PE with a 2 day on 1 off routine of 5 minute warm up 5 minute stretch 10 minutes Jelqing 5 minutes and 5 minutes of cool down. My routine is somewhat regular except I have to change it up on weekends as it is harder to keep it from my wife. I am likely to go with dry Jelqing on weekends. I have thrown in Uli’s here and there as well. On days off they are completely with out anything. Have not been at it long and I can honestly say I measured just now and I have clearly gained in length.. About 1/8” for just under 2 weeks. I am now on the cuff of 6.5” BPEL, and I have never measured anywhere near that.
I am not going to measure again until the 4 week mark.
