4 to 5 times a week for 6 week 1 day on 1 off

Day 2 1st week

7 minute warm-up

R’s Jelq 270 reps add 5 reps every workout 3-4 times a week for six weeks 50% to 70% erection level sitting light wet quick 2 second jelq stroke up

80 towel raises 100 reps goal at six weeks start at 80 reps and building up as I add heavier towels 2-3 washcloth

2 starts and stops

7 min warm-down
