I have been having more opportunities to workout. I have increased my Water Pumping to 20 minutes. I also stretch everyday for a few minutes in a morning shower. I feel my member is now use to some beating (got some red spots earlier after going from an intense jelq into a water pump session, whoops, wrong order). During the water pump session I stopped half way through to pull another good vacuum, my member was swollen, in a good way, from the first to minutes but the gate was completely compressed. I pulled another full vacuum taking the present swollen at a ~50% erection. This allowed me to pull to the 6.5” mark on the side of the Bathmate.
Anyway, I am not sure if this is the right “practice” here but I measured after my session last night:

I am going for the trifecta: Size, Volume (w/ distance), and EQ
I am on volume with supplements and performing kegels. Supplements are the usual.. Pygeum, Lecithins, Zync, Maca, etc.
Pygeum is showing the typical signs of more precum, jelqing produces some good drips, not real notice of volume yet, do feel a bit more “wet” leaking during kegels. I also notice that I produce a bit more saliva, not sure if I’m imagining it.
Lecithin has definitely increased orgasm intensity and Zync for thickness. I am not a huge fan of super thick cum so I might drop this one.
Maca, I believe, is causing an increase to sex drive. I am not sure if it is due to the pressure in my pants from the tender member reminding me of what is going on or if it is the supplements. Either way, my wife is unsure where all of this is coming from.
EQ hasn’t really been a problem for me, usually always above 60-70% on average. Lately with the kegels and jelqing I have been able to be consistently above 90 for extended periods of time as long as there is some sort of stimulation.
