After starting PE around 10 years ago and taking it seriously for the first few months, I’ve not really bothered with it since. I dip in and out and maybe have a month here and there where I do some inconsistent PE but I’ve never stuck to it.

10 years on I’m making the decision to take PE seriously and see how far it can take my unit! Insecurities about my penis size mean I still avoid many relationships so as well as working on my self esteem and insecurities I will attempt to increase my size.

Current routine:
Monday: 15 minute Jelq, Stretches
Tuesday: 15 minute Jelq, Stretches
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: 15 minutes Jelq, Stretches
Friday: 15 minutes Jelq, Stretches
Weekend: Rest

I will also wear an extender/stretcher for a few hours a week when I can. I may order a pump soon but I’m going to see where this basic routine can take me for the first couple of months with some consistency.

I will keep a log here to keep me consistent and share my progress.

I’m not going to post this as an official measurement/size increase as I’m going to keep official measurements to only once a month, but I couldn’t help but notice I looked bigger yesterday and decided to grab the ruler and definitely appeared to have gained some size!

This actually came after some very strong jelqing at the start of the week and then me missing PE for the rest of the week.

It got me thinking, if I go to the gym, I only really work each muscle group once maybe twice a week and the rest of the week is allowed for recovery. Yet when it comes to PE we all seem to be doing it every day or every other day with very little rest/recovery.
Could there be something in this? Some very intense PE work then a few days off for recovery and then repeat?

I know it’s only a one off measurement but maybe less really is more.
