GalloDulce's Routine
I started with the Pumping routine outlined in the pumpers forum.
I’m up to week 6 which will be “2 sets of 20 minutes” plus i add 50 jelqs between sets than i use a cock ring for a break of 10 to 15 minutes.
After the second set i do another 50 jelqs than i do 5 sets of squeezes of 10 seconds, for head girth.
I do this 2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 2 days off
The days that i pump i stretch in the shower i stretch and hold for 5 seconds straight out, up, down, right, 2 x left to correct curve, basically every direction.
