Getting back into it

Hello,

After taking a hiatus on my goals I have decided to get back into it with a vengeance.

I have an old thread that was last updated in 2017; New guy here. Need some advice., so I opted to get a new thread going and get some better documentation. I had a lot of the OG thunder mods commenting in the past and giving advice, I hope that comes around again because I basically need to relearn a few things from scratch.

I need to put together a solid program that can be done several times a day or one longer session at the end of the day. I have a new job that requires lots of travel and that doesn’t help, one of the reasons for the hiatus in the first place.

I would like to incorporate hangers, I have an old device I put together but if anyone has good gain experience with another device I will gladly seek that out and try it.

All comments and experiences are welcome. If you have a program that has helped you get good gains please share if you like, I would be happy to incorporate it and try it out!
