Getting over 50 lbs. need help
I currently own a bib hanger regular model and a length master, neither of which I have figured out how to use. My best in the past was 40 lbs for a 20 minute set using a now broken bib starter. I used to do one set a week and add 2.5 lbs each week until I was able to do that set of 40 lbs. I took time off ( a year) because I couldn’t figure out how to beat that mark. I get decent growth (girth included) for doing heavy short sets like these (although I did do 25 lbs for an hour in one set one time. time). If anyone can help me out I’d appreciate it because I am starting up again. And am looking to get over 50 lbs this time on some kind of tool.
