15 minute warm up followed by standard JP90 stretches and then intense bundled stretches. I started getting erect during these, so decided not to do bundled circle stretches today…but I normally do gentle bundled circle stretches each day

40 second ULI to start
100 great KITJs
40 second ULI
100 KITJs
40 second ULI
100 KITJs
40 second ULI with a 10 second horse squeeze at the end which felt so good!
60 V jelqs
40 second ULI with a few additional squeezes with my other hand on the shaft
100 KITJs
45 second ULI
100 KITJs
