Hi Guys,
I’ve been pe’ing on and off for the last few years without much progress, starting from today, I’ve decided to create a log to track my progress.
I pumping for around 10 minutes in the morning to some porn, making the most of early morning testosterone levels.
This was followed by some dry jelqs and stretches later on in the day. Around 1 min in each direction. I’ve decided to lie down doing most of the stretches, this doesn’t seem to aggravate my sciatic pain as much.
I attempted to use my pe weights as an ads, but they seemed to keep slipping off. I can’t seem to get the wrap right or else my just penis turtles too quickly with them on.
I’m considering purchasing a hanger so at least I can get some use out of these/
During the workday I perform some more dry jelqs and piss pulls when I get the chance in the cubicle.
