Ginzo41's Routine
Still doing the newbie routine. Have now increased jelks from 50 to 150 per workout over 3-plus months. Trying to do more 2-a-days with the manual stretching. Plan to start light clamping this month. Definately have excellent EQ now, and have already gained more than I ever thought I would already.
After about 5 months on the newbie routine, I started pumping with a home-made pump. So now it’s jelking, manual stretching, and pumping. Plan to start light hanging / ADS routine in place of manual stretching soon.
I’ve been doing the routine for over a year now. My new routine is a 5 minute warm-up with a clay heating pad, then light stretching with helicopter stretches (maybe 10 minutes). Then I try to get my best BPFSL measurement every workout. Reheat another 5 minutes and proceed to 80% erect jelqing (10-15 minutes). I do this routine in the morning. I’ll do a second jelqing session in the eavening. That’s it. Morning wood is better than at any time in my life at 42 years old. Still taking L-Arginine and Ginko Biloba.
