About your quest for girth…
Here is my combination girth exercises (non stop)
1- “Wet jelq” of 30 seconds. (80% erection)
2- “Squeeze” (left hand) at the base of the penis 15 seconds, simultaneous with an “edging” under the glans (finger - right hand)
3- Completed with a 2nd “squeeze” (right hand) this one at the base of the glans like a “Double Erect Squeeze”: 15 seconds.
Total 1 minute x 30 repetitions (very intense effort… not recommended to a newbie)
I suggest you start with 10 repetitions max.

PS. Personally, I do not believe that I have had “girth gains” by wearing a cock ring.
I wear it sometimes on weekends to have a bigger bulge in my jeans. :-)
