I will usually warm up in the shower for about 5 minutes massaging it and turning it bottom side up to get hot water all over it. I will then start JELQing for about 10-15 minutes, usually taking about 3-5 seconds on each stroke. I will then Start to do some squeezing and my own version of horse 440. Basically engorging the head and holding for about 3 minutes. After I do about 6-12 minutes of that I will JELQ again for another 5-10 minutes. After that I will dry my hands off and do some downward lig stretching. I pull very hard and hold for about 5-10 minutes. i have just started doing these and have noticed gains almost instantly. I alternate stretches with different days. Some times I will do the lig stretches, and other times I concentrate on stretching the shaft out by graving my cock below the glands and stretching it over the wrist of the other hand, and graving the wrist of the hand holding the cock with the hand has the cock stretched over it. I know its hard to picture, I will have to post a how to on it. Then the other thing that I do is v-stretches and inverted v-stretches. I end it with another massage of the cock under hot water, and then dry off with a towel, and once dry I do some more stretching and pulling for the hell of it. I do keggles all day long, every day. And I incorporate edging and orgasms with out ejaculation. I do PE on Mon, tues, then take off on wed, then back on for thurs, and fri, then off again for sat, and sun. I plan on doing some clamping soon, depending on some of the info that I gather on it and various routines.
