So I’ve been doing PE off and on for years leading back to 2006. Never really made any progress cause I was inconsistent and was a skeptic. I would do manual stretches, hang, jelq, and so on. So November 20Th I started to try and get serious after reading a lot about it.

I’m married with 3 kids and plan on having no more kids. My wife is the love of my life and no women can match her (to me). She can be callous in her comments about things and said something she couldn’t take back about my penis length. It lead me to this site.

I’ve been doing PE solid for 2+months now and can say I’ve seen some quick improvements. I didn’t take beginning photos cause I didn’t think it would work this good. I started out at 6 3/4”x5 7/8” which I thought was a good length at least.

As of today I am 7 1/2”x5 7/8”. I gained a half inch the first month and a quarter inch since. I’ve hit the 7 5/8” measurement a few times but not consistent enough to claim it. No girth gains but my EQ has gone up so that’s a plus. I’m not to worried about girth, just length. I gained mainly on manual stretches and jelqing.

My wife will say things like “I think my vagina is swollen” or “you hit my stomach and its sore”. Hahaha so I know its working. She hasn’t figured it out yet and I hope she doesn’t. My plan is to stop once she acknowledges my member as “a big one”.

Congrats on the gains man, and iam sure those comments made from your wife are all you need to stay motivated. Are those measurements bone pressed or none bone pressed? If so what is your non bone pressed measurement?

You have a really good starting size so I’m sure it won’t be long until she will start wondering even more. Glad to have you here and to join us in our goals!

My measurements are BPEL. I haven’t measured my NBPEL. I think I’m around 6 1/2” - 6 3/4” NBPEL.

So I’ve been experimenting with a just pump and jelqing for the past few weeks and it hasn’t been as great as I thought it would be. My EQ was low and my length gain has been stagnant for 2+months. I went straight back to manual stretches and jelqing and it was like night and day. My EQs high again and I feel like I had a good sesh.

I think its healthy to kind of bounce around and find what works for you but trail and error can be upsetting sometimes. Anyways I was wondering if anyone knows the name of the stretch I’ve been doing. Ill have a 2 handed grip on the shaft and ill turn the bottom hand in while turning top hand out all while having it pulled outwards.
