Introduction

I’ve been doing PE on and off since I was 17, I’m now 23 and trying to be more consistent with my routine. It’s one of the reasons to create this thread to keep me on the track.

So I started doing because I was insecure about my size despite never having any complaints, but as many of you here I wanted more and wasn’t content with supposed average.

I started at 17 for a period of about two months witch I saw results, which were ok and saw me satisfied enough to not continue with PE.

At 22 I started again because that feeling of not being content with my size came back and I did PE for 6 months without ever failing a session. I stopped this time because of injury. I started to notice pain when I would try to get erect. I could still achieve a full erection but it was painful to get there. So I stopped out of fear and thankfully the pain went slowly away after about a month or so.

After almost half a year at 23 I decided to give it another go, granted with a certain amount of fear that the pain would come back. Now it has been 3 months of consistent PE and thankfully no pain and great results.

Routine
My routine pretty much stayed the same all trough out my PE journey.
2 days on 1 day off consisting of 200 jelqs.

When I started I also did manual stretching but I don’t do them anymore because honestly I find them so boring to do, and I prefer to do something that I like, in this case jelqs rather than adding manual stretching and burning out because of it.

To compensate for the lack of manual stretching I plan to buy a stretching device. But I’m going slow this time, because I don’t want another injury.

Recently after my jelqing session I strayed using a penis ring to keep it engorged for a longer period of time and I think it’s enhancing my results.

Results

Since I can’t remember exactly my measurements from when I was 17, my starting measurements are from before I started the second time of PE, at 22. I do remember I lost all my gains from the first PE months when 17.

So the starting measurements (march 2019) were:
BPEL: 17.2 cm (6.75 inches)
NBPEL: 14.5 cm (5.7 inches)
EG: 11.5 cm (4.5 inches)

When injury happened(august 2019):
BPEL: 18.1cm (7.1 inches)
NBPEL: 15.2 cm (6 inches)
EG: 12.1 cm (4.75 inches)

Current measurements:
BPEL: 18.5 cm (7.3 inches)
NBPEL: 16.2 cm (6.35 inches)
EG: 12.5 cm (5 inches)

Notes: The difference in NBPEL and BPEL are because I was so fat at around 35% body fat(now 30%) and still am, so take that into consideration the average is about 20%. It’s also something I’m working on getting leaner. To which I’ve already lost almost 10 kilos(22 pounds)

How come you think manual stretching is so boring.
You can do them when watching TV. Then suddenly you have 30 min stretching under your belt without even notice it.

I didn’t totally discard it. But my thinking is until my progress with jelqing hits a wall I won’t change my routine. But once it does I will add some kind of variation to it or some other exercise like manual stretching, although I do find it boring, but I haven’t tried it whilst doing anything else so maybe I’ll try that.

I think stretching is way better then yelking when it comes to length gain. Use V-grip so you can hold the stretch for a long time without being tired in your hands and shoulders. Don’t pull to hard, it’s better to hold the stretch for longer period of time. Use heat if possible. Good luck!

My main focus is on girth, but of course I won’t say no to more length of course. I’ll definitely try the v grip when I decide to add back manual stretching because my hands will thank me. And thank you for your advice and good luck back at you.

Update

So my first update:

I replaced Vaseline as my jelqing lubricant with Shea butter as I’ve read it does a better job with jelqing. I’ve been using it so far for a week. Can’t say for sure yet if it is better than Vaseline or not.
My routine consist of 150 jelqs and I will keep increasing it by 10 jelqs every month or so until I reach 200 jelqs.

Any of you guys can share your experience with me as to which is your favourite lubricant for jelqing and why.

As for curiosity my post jelq measurements (which I know can’t be considered as yet cemented gains) are:
BPEL: 18.8 cm (7.4 inches)
NBPEL: 16.5 cm (6.5 inches)
EG: 12.9 cm (5.1 inches)

For reference this are my measurements after a rest of non jelqing for 2 days:
BPEL: 18.5 cm (7.3 inches)
NBPEL: 16.2 cm (6.35 inches)
EG: 12.5 cm (5 inches)

P.E is addicting to me. Today is my off day and I just want to do more, but I know I have to rest. So I’m now on a 5 days on/ 2 days off.
I tried jelqing with a higher erection level like 70% and the results don’t lie, I got a bigger post jelq measurement then ever before.

Those measurements were:
BPEL: 18.9 cm (7.45 inches)
NBPEL: 16.7 cm (6.6 inches)
EG: 13.1 cm (5.2 inches)

Also lost some more body fat and that’s why BPEL is such an important measurement, especially for those losing weight like me.

Thanks man. I only do jelqs right now so that’s the sole exercise that increased my girth.

Today I started to feel a slight sting when I pee, witch for a “regular” person who doesn’t do PE maybe a sign of a urinary track infection. But in my case I think it has something to do with PE, particularly from increasing the erection level in witch I jelq at. So I will take 2 days off to rest and see how I am feeling then.

Keep your erection as low as you can and still effectively perform jelqs.
