5 min warm up with cup of warm water
5 min stretches at all angles (30 sec. ea.)
15 manual jelq w/ overhand grip pulling left to right with each stroke. Slow and steady strokes- usually 3-5 sec. ea.
5 min warm cup water/heat pad
100+ kegels throughout the day- 5 sec. hold
