You can push the envelope on wear times, but do it with caution. A blister can sneak up on you when you exceed a hour with heavy weight. I can comfortably hang 15 lbs for a hour. I can hang 5 lbs for three hours afterwards if I desire.
Fatigue is ambiguously defined, and many opinions open it up for debate. Many have suggested that if you don’t feel soreness you haven’t achieved fatigue. I disagree with that viewpoint. For me fatigue is a very loose, pliable flaccid penis following a workout, one that is much easier to manually stretch and harder to achieve an erection with…. in other words exhaustion.
Another tip to try is to follow your hang session with very aggressive hand stretches, pulling in a variety of directions, and usually 10-15 minutes is sufficient. Believe it or not you can pull with your hand much harder than any amount of weight you can physically hang with. You just can’t sustain that hand stretch for a full hour.
