Goingforit's Routine
(1) stretches - 1 minute each of straight out, up, down, left, right with 15 seconds of rest/circulation in between each rep. 5 sets for a total of 25 minutes.
(2) jelqs - 500 at 70% to 90% max erection 3- 4 second strokes alternating at 50 with overhand grip thumb and index finger leading then next 50 last three fingers leading (more like pulling)time jelqing 25-30 min
(3) end with 5 20-30 second squeazes, with as close to full erection as possible. beggining at base with okay sign then adding/closing additional fingers around up the shaft and using other hand to keep pressure on.
start and end with 3-5 minute warm/hot soak using wash cloth.
From june I’ve only being doing a 2 on 1 off or occasionally 3 on 1 off due to time constraints and penis fatigue. Also about every 3rd routine day I only have only stretched or jelqed not both…….
Aug 1 03 added horse 440’s 5-10 a day 30 sec each…….
sept- shit I only exercised 1 week the whole month lost 1/16’ girth DAMN IT…..oct-another not so good month. Only did about 2 weeks of doing PE.
Nov - about 2 weeks of PE lots of travel
Dec - about 3 good weeks of PE mostly manual stretches not much girth work maybe 5-6 days of squeezes and horse 440 Feb14 Going to start hanging with bib starter my hands, elbows and shoulder can’t handle manual stretching anymore- no gains last 2 months
