Hey all,

I came across Thunders in a random Reddit thread while researching PE, and I’m glad I did.

Looking over different thread in the past 24 hours, I’ve learned quickly that this is genuinely a super supportive community of likeminded men - it’s amazing to see.

I’ve never had any issues with my penis size from any partners, but increasing my size is something I’ve always kind of wished for - I just thought it was always impossible/a scam.

I’m super interested if this works for me, I started my PE journey yesterday using the beginner routine. I know consistency is key, so I plan to stick to this, at least for 3 months for a review.

Should I expect to see any change in 3 months?
And are my goals slightly too ambitious for this size I’m currently at?

Glad to see a fellow newbie following the newbie routine :)

I just finished up my second week earlier today. I can definitely feel some slight (positive) differences.

You should notice some positive differences within the first three months for sure! Whether that’s in length, girth, EQ, or all three!

However from what I’ve learned is that everyone gains at a different pace. You may be able to reach your goals in those three months, or, it may take a year or two.

Regardless, I have no doubt you’ll reach your goals as long as you stay consistent and dedicated. Just make sure you don’t over train and hurt yourself.

One week in consistently (2 days on 1 day off).

Not doing any progress measurements until 2/3months in, but definitely noticed a difference in stronger EQ.

I’m just about to cross over into a month of consistent PE (2 days on, 1 day off - sometimes 3 days on, 1 day off), Jelqing roughly 200 strokes + air pumping for roughly 15 minutes a session (I built up to this 15 minutes, week 1 was 5, then 10, now 15).

I definitely had felt that newbie impatience 2 and a half weeks in, wishing I’d magically see some size differences but didn’t - obviously an unrealistic viewpoint. However for the past two days within my pump I notice I was finally making a small bit of progress - within my air pump would hit just over 6 inches (15.3cm), but over the last few days I’ve noticed to get the same pressure I usually lock in at, I’m now just under 6.3 inches (16cm).
I haven’t done any proper ruler measurements yet, as I think I’ll try and save it for my 3 months, and then 6 months, and then year.

But it’s nice to see that PE is real, and this effort that gets put in actually works.

I’ve been looking at adding in hanging in the coming weeks, but not sure if it’s needed. Potentially just stick with what I currently do and see how far it goes.

I’ve also been thinking about potentially having 2 rest days instead of 1 to fully heal after each jelqing session before starting again. Not sure if a 2 rest day is currently apart of anyone’s routine, or if it’s just wasted gains.

Good to hear from you, and congrats on your journey. What’s your current measurements?

Thanks for the advice, I think I’ll do the same, leave the extensions and hangers for a little while longer and see what pumping, stretching and jelqing gets me.

Over the past few months I have seen and felt changes, a feeling of greater firmness and robustness of the penis even in flaccidity (something I cherished) however I have never taken serious measurements also because I have alternately done a few weeks of downtime due to demands of commitments. However I decided to take them tomorrow and also some photos. Let’s hope well.

Feeling more firm and robust is a win in my eyes already.

Finally yesterday I took measurements and photos trying to be as precise as possible but believe me it was a real effort because doing all this and maintaining a good erection for me was not easy.
As I told you, it’s been 7 months since I started with various interruptions and I’ve never made any measurements, at the beginning the measurements taken with little attention and without taking photos and recording them were 13.5 cm.-14.0 cm but I don’t remember if they were BP or NBP, 12.00 cm circumference at the middle of the penis shaft. Now it is BPEL 14.70 cm and NPEL14.00 cm with EG circumference at the base 14.00 cm and under the glans 13.00 cm. If I have done everything right, there is even if minimal a gain in both length and girth, however it’s ok so I’m super happy and this stimulates me to keep going. I hope that this report will give you positive stimuli to continue with confidence. Give me news about your gains, see you soon bye.
