Here goes my first post, I’m 60 years old and have been battling erectile disfunction for many years (6). Though my first issue started in 2001 that one was emotionally caused. Well I just wanted to jump in the water. Not good with computers or postings I’m more suited pen & paper. I will give more specifics of my journey in following posts but for now good morning.

I’ve also been battling ED for the past few years amongst other issues.

I also am just starting out and enthusiastic.

I’ve starting with the newbie routine and looking forward to any gains I may achieve.

Welcome to Thuder and to the 60-year-olds. I try to give with PE a little more thickness and length to my friend, for now it is going well. I suggest you take in as much as you can of the PE because it will definitely help with erectile dysfunction. Best wishes and we are waiting for your progress, regards.

My Workouts Am-Pm

AM : 3 minutes warmup, 5 minutes four way stretches, 10 minutes jelqs,2 minutes warm down.

PM : 3 minutes warmup, 5 minutes four way stretch, 10 minutes jelqs, 10 minutes gentle pumping hold and release, 3 minutes warm down. Two days on today is a day of rest though I did do a 2 minute warmup and 5 minute ball and scrotum stretching.

Right to start without forcing for the first few months then see the signals your penis gives you if positive or not and then make supplements. Increase the warm up to at least 5 minutes so the penis is more ready for exercises, also do kegels which are important for ka DE. Greetings and update.

Thanks Dosso I knew I was forgetting something will add kegels to my routine.

Fowler's Stretch

Was able to do the Fowler’s stretch today for first time. For a guy who used to need a miner’s helmet to take a piss it’s a big deal. I mean my wife would look at a husband with no dick. A man with a 1 inch turtle & a 3 inch fat patch. Over the past 20+ years 3rd go round with PE. Thanks so much for all the info & support I have found reading my brother’s experiences.

Reduced morning PE time incorporate a round of calisthenics, what has helped the mist was losing 25lb & getting sugars in better control.

PE : 3-4 min warming, stretching has changed from 4to 8way thinking will give a better base.

Dry jelqing 5 min., mini wet edge to prep for pump & 10 min full package pump while I do morning meds, brush teeth, gel & comb hair( a big time saver)

3-5 mini stretches & jelq throughout day. Plus kegels on drive to/from work.

After work stretches 8way plus a few Fowler for good measure then dry followed wet jelq another edging then full package pump. A second round of calisthenics with mild dumbbell lifting. Started to acclimate to extender last night (2 hrs.) a few more weeks till I give stats on progress

I been intermittent fasting so no food till after 11am. Just black coffee & water till then. Keeps me away from doughnuts & such in the mornings at work.

What your normal breakfast?

Great job!! I also intermittent fast.

I eat a cup of oatmeal with a handful of frozen berries (raspberry, blueberries, etc) thrown in, Splenda for sweetness and a 1/4 cup of non fat milk and it keeps me full til lunch. On the weekends, Ill do eggs.

By the wayi just had my blood drawn and my A1C is down considerably and doc is taking me off glipizide and my nightly insulin. Only going to do my once a week ozempic now.

Going to get rid of this fat pad and the turtling that goes along with it.

Excellent workout this morning stretch before getting out from under covers. Jelq with kegels then full package pump followed be edging session then measured BPEL 6.0” & girth thickest 5.25” & 5,0” base all in all about 45-60 min. Workout. I know post pump is inflated numbers but it looked really good for me. Hoping for some luck of the Irish ☘️ when the wife gets home from work.
