Gravytrain's Routine

I am just starting I just wanted to document my progress.

Heat for 10-15 min with a rice sock.Pump for 10 min.Seeing it swollen up gives me encouragement.Stretch for 10 min, jelq for 15-20 min,stretch again for 10 min.Heat for 5-10 min.
