Warmup:
manual stretches - 30 seconds ea
v stretch - 30 seconds ea
fowler - 30 seconds ea
air clamp (evening)
- 3 to 4 sets, 10 mins each, edge during 3rd and 4th set
- stretch and dry jelq between sets.
ADS
-10 oz for 6 hrs with pe weights.
