Growing little by little

Hi, Thunders!

I came here today to tell you more about the little, but fast and steady progress that I’m making with this adapted routine that I’ve made for myself.

In my first post, in Nov 2019 I told you about how I grew 0.5 cm in 6 weeks with just the newbies routine. And that’s kinda what I’ve stuck to ever since, but with some alterations.

I started with 14 cm EL and 16 cm BPEL, and with the first steps, I got my first 0.5 cm extra ending up with 14.5 cm by the end of 2019. Then, since we started this whole pandemic life I saw myself spending lots more time in the house so I decided to get an extensor device. With it, I got another half cm ending up with a 15 cm EL and 17 BPEL. This time however wasn’t so pleasant nor easier than the jelqing routine. In short, it took around 3-4 months of 8 hours using the device every day, giving me a lot of pain and even some undesired effects as lower libido and some little wounds. It didn’t worth it at all from my perspective, but anyways, I got another 0.5 cm so meh.

Then, I rested for months without losing any gains, and when I came back to it around the last quarter of 2020 I just repeated the process always with 5 on 2 off, or at least in general but always making 5 of the 7 days of the week of exercise. With another 6-8 weeks on the back, I get new results of around the same amount, ending up with ~15 cm more or less (a little more I think) by the end of 2020. Then, rest again for around 2-3 weeks just to return to it by the start of the year.

My last results came in today with my last measures being 15.5 cm EL and 17.5 cm BPEL just about the end of the 5th week of being back to work. (I measured 1 week before planned just by the hype of it, my bad :c But pretty happy with my progress tho!)

So, in summary, I now go with 6 weeks straight of exercise, and then I rest for a couple of weeks to give time to the tissue to regenerate and make the so desired growth. This has been giving great results for me and I look forward to seeing new progress with it.

My routine goes like this:
Jelq: 200 repeats, counting from 1 to 100 for every two hands passing through. (This takes me around 15-30 mins, depending on my mood)
Stretch: 5 repeats of 30 seconds each with a rest of 5 seconds in between each stretch. This process is repeated for the 5 directions: forward, up, down, left, and right. (With 5 mins of warming up with a bottle full of warm water pushed against my pelvis.)

I use to watch an anime episode throughout the warm-up and stretching process so I can keep track of time and just to have fun, and with the jelqs, I just use anything I found stimulating I guess.

I do the same man, hanging set = 20 minutes = 1 episode of whatever anime I am currently watching. Good luck with your routine.
