Workout is 2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 2 days off
Routine is as follows:
10 minutes warmup / heat
Jelqing
5 minutes warm down, massage, firegoat rolls.
Week 1 : 20 jelqs each workout
Week 2 : 30 jelqs each workout
Week 3 : 40 jelqs each workout
Week 4 : 50 jelqs each workout
