H100?

H100?

I happened to stumble across a few articles/studies on "H100". It is apparently a topical peyronies treatment that avoids need to inject. In any event, the source/manufacturer is here: Peyronie’s Disease Topical Treatment – Hybrid Medical™ H100™

There is also a study reported that used men who were going to undergo surgery for peyronies so that the doctors could sample the tunica once in surgery to determine whether the active compound in H100 actually penetrated to and impacted the tunica. The study concludes it did. The compounded H100 uses what appears to be a nicotine type element, among others, to penetrate the skin to reach the tunica. In other words, its acts much like DMSO which is used by some here to allow penetration past the dermal layer.

In any event, results from those who have used H100 as the topical remedy intended seem to indicate some success in correcting curvature, but more interestingly allowing increased length. The protocol is to stretch during use. So my thinking is this may be another pathway for a Chem PE stretch of the tunica, thereby adding length, whether there’s a curvature to correct or not. One benefit v. the typical injected method (Xiaflex) is mitigated/no risk of penile fracture. At least to my layman’s understanding.

I am not advocating anything here, but I do find this interesting. It seems to me that a P-Shot, then use of H100 with a period of stretching could yield interesting results, the theory being that use of a compound to soften, relax the tunica may allow growth..

Thoughts?.

That all tracks in my mind. Looks to need an Rx for dispense. Curious on the cost for a custom compounded niche topical like that; I would think either dirt cheap or ridiculously expensive. Anyone going to give their Dr a call and ask for a script?

Start (8/30/21): 6.5"BPEL X 5.25" MSEG

Now (12/5/22): 8.75" BPEL X 5.75" MSEG

Goal 9.5"BPEL X 7" MSEG My Journey

I saw on another platform that it could be $800+/- for 90 days treatment. But yes, an Rx needed.
