Today I start my progress report. I know that the community here is very united and I hope to make a lot of friends.
As you can see when entering my profile, I am a ghost user, however, I decided to post to try to commit to my goal and also to record the results. I met the PE in 2011 but I never took it seriously.
Between comings and goings I never managed to exceed 2 months of training.
I haven’t been able to measure my stick for some time, but I am providing the ruler and soon I will post the measurements.

DAY 10 - Rest

Today I decided to rest. I think I found the ideal routine for me. I could have trained, since I feel good, however, I chose to rest due to the intense training. I gained 0.4 cm in girth in just 10 days, I will wait a few more days to update.

Very good training. I always look for the maximum expansion of the phallus, always at the limit of pain. If it hurts, I take it back a little bit until it is bearable. I believe that in order to grow we need to stress the fabric so that it expands and undergoes deformation.

Updated statistics. I am very excited about the result in those few days. +0.2 cm in length and + 0.5 cm in girth.

Let me correct: when I said manual uli, I meant MANUAL CLAMP, now that I realized the name was wrong. But basically it is the same as using the cable clamp, the difference is that I do it with the ok grip right at the base and hold for 8 minutes, rest for one minute for the circular blood and hold for another 8 minutes, totaling two sets of clamps.
I had to adapt because I didn’t find the cable clamp in my country, unfortunately.
