Handydandy's Routine
5 min. wrap with warm water - Manual stretch: 2 sets of 1 minute each; down, down right, down left, up, up left, up right, straight out. - V stretch: 2 sets of 1 minute each, up and down. - Wet Jelq: 5 minutes each position, 4-5 seconds each Jelq; down right, down left, up, up left, up right, straight out. - Get about 90% erect and hold at base to fully engorge. Then release and Kegle to keep pumped up. Stimulate erection to keep full. I do this once with each hand for about 1 minute each. - Do about 10-20 ULI’s - Do edging maybe 5-6 times and dont finish! - Run warm water over penis for a minute or so (See spruce’s routine). I add bending for 1 minute in each direction after the V-stretch. Also do fowfers after routines during day when I have time.
