HardHarry's Routine
Just restarted back in April. I made my own ADS with a new attachment system. I wore that for 10-12 hours per day 5 days per week. I gained half an inch over 4 months. No gains in the fifth month. Decided to switch to a hanging routine.
I now Hang 14 pounds Straight out 4 sets x 20 minutes each. I normally do 3 sets in the morning and one at night before bed.
I pump every day for about 30 minutes and do some clamping and girth work for 10 mins.
